Societa Sicilian Influenced Cucina has evolved from family owned Tony’s Pizza in Endicott, NY (opened in 1976 net to IBM). Like many Sicilian & Italian immigrants they honored old traditions while incorporating new & readily available local American products into their menu. What became known as Italian-American cooking is often considered Italys 21st food region. To differentiate Societa’s cuisine as Sicilian-American we lean towards Mediterranean styles of food preparation distilled from Sicily’s many foreign kings who brought in foreign cultural influences & as a result created a crossroads of trade routes & island subsistence industries rich with history.

Societa is a space where your daily routine can be paused & you can partake in a time-honored human tradition. To sit together & share time, food & drink while exchanging ideas, building relationships or, dispensing with the formalities, simply having a good time. Like the melting pot that Sicily is, this restaurant is a place brought to life by the diverse public, our community, our society or, as Sicilians say, Societa.

Societa offers an extensive menu with a focus on Italian-American cuisine. Our Business Express, Fast Casual Lunch features a fresh variety of sandwiches, , pasta & salads, vegetarian & gluten-free options, & our Full Service Dinner menu includes Sicilian-American favorites like Pressed Lasagna, Handmade Moorish Meatballs, Tonno Crudo, & Sicilian Street Food like the Bomba Arancina. The full-service bar boasts 22 rotating taps, 40 sommelier selected wines and sparkling bottles all available at $24.95 per bottle or $6.95 by the glass and Mediterranean beach inspired martinis & cocktails. The stylish environs & chic Miami influenced patio are flexible to accommodate private diners, entertaining clients, family dinner or large groups, corporate & networking events for up to 250 guests.
